How much would it cost me and where do I begin? |
Our inexpensive account plans make Events Master extremely affordable for both one time users as well as subscribers.
To get started using this service; First decide what type account you wish to open - Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
If you are planning one event and do not know when you will be doing the next one, then select a Silver account.
If you are planning to manage a series of events and do not know when you will do the next set of events, then you can select the Gold account.
If you are business or in the profession of organizing events then subscribe to the Platinum account and manage events as many as you want.
One month free trial is offered on each type of account and after thirty days you can decide wheather you want continue or quit. If you decide to continue, the cost for each account is shown below.
- Silver account - $15. One event.
- Gold account - $10 per event. As many events as you want.
- Platinum account- $25 per month. Unlimited events.

How can I manage exhibit spaces at the event venue with Events Master? |
Events Master offers you a unique feature. Almost every professional event offers opportunities to businesses for displaying their products and services at the event venue.
You want to rent an area for a booth, and wall for a banner, and billborad in a stadium, and railings of a staircase, and much more. At Events Master, you can configure exhibit spaces
and allocate those to your exhibitors. Easy to use tool allows you to configure and allocate exhibit spaces on venue area map.

Do I have to re-enter information of my regular suppliers, exhibitors, sponsors, group/companies etc for each event? |
No. At Events Master, every account holder gets account specific central storage (master repository) to keep information of your suppliers, exhibitors, sponsors, group/companies. You can pull the information of these into any number of events. This feature allows you to quickly manage
event activities and saves your lot-of-time.

My event requires attendees to pay for the event. Can I process payments at my Events Master account? |
Payment collection for your events from attendees are possible in two ways.
The First method is simple and straightforward - use your existing payment collection method and enter the collected payment information as event progresses.
The Second method is online processing from this website. Here you can integrate events with your payment processor website. Alternatively, you can send us a request in advance and we will arrange
a payment service provider and integrate their system with your events at a nominal cost. Contact us for more information and we will be happy to assist you with this.

I need to scan barcode and record attendees who were present at the event. How can I do this? |
Events Master offers you another unique feature of barcode on event passes/tickets. Templates are available for you can select seperate designs for event passes. You can either print individually or print all of the photo passes/tickets.
Each issued pass/ticket will have a barcode on it. You or your staff can scan barcode using a internet enabled smartphone or an web enabled QR code scanner.
Use QR code app on smartphone or your own QR code scanner for recording the attendees present at the event and later compare your estimates with actuals. Using this feature you can create reports on paid/unpaid attendees as well as present/absent attendees.
Software for android phone:
- Scan - QR Code Barcode Reader: Scan codes. Needs internet connection on smartphone. Your phone must have camera with autofocus functionality.
- QRCode Scanner: Scan codes. Needs internet connection on smartphone. Your phone must have camera with autofocus functionality.
Apps for iPhone:
- QR Reader for iPhone: Scan codes. Needs internet connection on smartphone. Your phone must have camera with autofocus functionality.
Note: Above listed apps are listed on google apps and applestore website. These software are tested in our test environment. However, you can use your own discretion to install any other QR Code scanner on your smart phone devices.

Can I create and publish website for an event? |
You can create one page website for an event. Tools are available for you to drag and drop items on webpage at a design stage. You can type your own text in the blocks and use own images and create links to existing site on internet and embed youtube video etc.
Published Webpage will have fixed and unique web address (URL) for the evant website.

Can I sell online event items with Events Master? |
Easy to use shopping cart is available for you to add and publish your event items for sell.
For each of your event, you can create inventory of unlimited shopping items related to the event, get summary page for all event items, shopping cart for event items, etc. and you can sell those online.
Run sells report at the end of event, etc. This feature is available only for Gold & Platinum account holders with PayPal account.

Can I create flyer for an event? |
You can create one page flyer for an event. Tools are available for you to drag and drop items on flyer at design stage. You can type your own text in the blocks and use own images, resize the flyer etc.
You can print the finalized flyer.

What are the account cancellation terms? |
Events Master service provider and you are at liberty to cancel the account at any time after the account is activated. For gold account holders, refund will be issued for remaining events.
For platinum account holders, refund will be issued for the remaining months of the paid charges. Refund is issued in three (3) days from the date when the cancellation is processed.
For silver account holders, NO refund is issued on account closure.

Can I create Survey for my event services? |
Gold and Platinum account holders can create unlimited number of surveys. By creating survey you can;
- Conduct market research.
- Assess product development.
- Determine client's satisfaction on event services.
- And many more...
There is absolutely no limit on number of surveys. You can run a survey as long as you need.
